Hello Wikitroidians!

This is a resend of an announcement Madax the Shadow made earlier, that
got mistakenly flagged as spam by SpamAssassin's Bayesian probability
classifier on the LizardNet mailserver.  The email was still sent out,
but with "*****SPAM*****" in the subject line so it may have gotten
automatically discarded by your email software.  In any case, if you
didn't receive or read the original email, here it is again, hopefully
