This is a private internal mailing list for the administrators of Wikitroid, the Metroid Wiki. Only wiki administrators have access to post to this list without approval, subscribe to this list, or to read the archives. Using Wikitroid-admins-list
To send an email to Wikitroid's administrators (collectively), send email to wikitroid-admins-list [at] fastlizard4 [dot] org. If you are not an admin yourself, you may still send emails to the list, although it will have to be approved before it will be seen by all admins. If you are a Wikitroid admin, then your messages will be automatically approved. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below. This mailing list is administered by User:FastLizard4.
Subscribing to Wikitroid-admins-list
Subscribe to Wikitroid-admins-list by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. Once confirmation is received, your request will be held for approval by the list moderator. You will be notified of the moderator's decision by email. This is also a private list, which means that the list of members is not available to non-members. Your email address:   Your real/user name (optional - your Wikitroid username is highly recommended):   At this point, you must verify that you are a Wikitroid administrator. While logged in to Wikitroid using your administrator account, please leave a message on FastLizard4's user talk page indicating that you wish to subscribe to the Admins' Mailing List, and give your email address in the message. Do this within about five minutes of sending your subscription request, as I will use this to confirm that you are in fact an admin! Also make sure that you check your email for a confirmation email and confirm your email address as quickly as possible. If you are uncomfortable with leaving your email address in public, please contact FastLizard4 on IRC using your *confirmed* IRC nickname. You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription. You can always request a mail-back of your password when you edit your personal options. Once a month, your password will be emailed to you as a reminder. If you select no here, you will receive list mail immediately upon it being received by the server. No Yes A quick note about the Wikitroid-Announcements mailing list: When your subscription to this list (Wikitroid-Admins-List) is confirmed, the email address you use for this list will automatically be subscribed to the Wikitroid-Announcements mailing list (if it isn't already) and will be given the ability to post to the Wikitroid-Announcements mailing list. In addition, the email address you use for this list will be subscribed to Wikitroid-l if it isn't already. You will also be given moderator rights on the Wikitroid-l mailing list, and FastLizard4 will email you the moderator password for Wikitroid-l.
